This simple dip is light and delicious. It also makes a lovely appetizing sauce over pasta and baked potatoes. I like to top the sauce with a handful of grated mature cheddar cheese.
Use a 22cm (8 ½ inch) cake tin, lightly greased and lined with baking parchment
