  1. Heat the oil in a large frying pan set over a medium heat.
  2. Add the onion and sweat for 3-4 minutes until soft.
  3. Add the chopped pepper and chorizo and cook for 3-4 minutes until the pepper is soft, and the chorizo turns light golden and starts to become crisp.
  4. Add the cannellini beans.
  5. Stir for couple of minutes to absorb the flavour, then add the Black Kale.
  6. Season and stir for 4-5 minutes until the vegetable has just wilted.
  7. Season with a dash of balsamic vinegar before transferring to a serving dish.
