Sharon Fruit and Toasted Hazelnut Salad
This salad makes a lovely starter or a great accompaniment to roasted chicken, beef, fish or smoked meats.

A Sharon Fruit (or Persimmon)
Instructions
  1. Scatter the salad leaves over a large serving platter and lay the sliced Sharon fruit over the top
  2. Sprinkle with the toasted hazelnuts.
  3. In a bowl mix the olive oil, sherry vinegar, Dijon mustard and season with salt.
  4. Drizzle the dressing over salad just before serving.
